Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Norflow. By engaging Norflow’s services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

​

Norflow provides Shopify localization and related language services for brands expanding into Scandinavian markets.

​

The scope of each project is defined individually and confirmed in writing before work begins.

​

2. Project Scope and Changes

​

All work is delivered according to the agreed scope.

​

Any changes or additions beyond the original agreement may require a revised timeline and additional fees. Changes must be approved in writing before implementation.

 

3. Fees and Payment

​

Fees are defined in the project agreement or proposal.

 

Unless otherwise agreed:

 

Invoices are due within 14 days from the invoice date.

Late payments may incur statutory interest in accordance with Swedish law.

Work may be paused if payment is overdue.

 

4. Intellectual Property

 

Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the localized content for their business purposes.

 

Norflow retains the right to reference the collaboration in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed.

Localization frameworks, terminology systems and internal methodologies developed by Norflow remain the intellectual property of Norflow unless explicitly transferred in writing.

 

5. Confidentiality

 

All client materials and information shared during the project are treated as confidential.

 

Norflow does not share or reuse proprietary client content.

 

6. Use of AI Tools

 

Norflow may use AI tools where appropriate for structured elements such as system text or standard UI components.

 

All deliverables are reviewed and quality-checked manually before delivery.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

Norflow is not liable for indirect damages, business losses or technical errors caused by third-party systems including Shopify or external applications.

 

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

 

8. Termination

 

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing.

 

The client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

 

Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
